For fastest service, select any of the Monarch® 9800™ Series Stocked Labels or tell us the size and type of the supply you need, and we'll develop a quote for you.
We can print any image you need in black, including graphics, bar codes, etc. Fax or e-mail us your Order Form, including label format and data needs.
Here's How It Works: RFID
- Call us at 800.543.6650, press 5, or e-mail us at rfid@averydennison.com for our Q-Service® for RFID Order Form. Choose from our full range of high quality RFID supplies, including 4"x6", 4"x2", 4"x1" and specialty supply sizes.
- We utilize high quality Avery Dennison antennae (transponders). For specialty applications, alternate types are available. We'll help you select what is right for you!
- Fax or e-mail us your Order Form, including label format, RFID data to encode, and the bar code/human readable information to print.

Your RFID data is verified to ensure it’s correctly encoded and that any bar codes are correctly printed. Every label you receive is tested at least 3 times before leaving our factory.
